School Regulation
Primary GIS 3 Yogyakarta<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Here are some regulations that apply in the Global Islamic School 3 Yogyakarta (Primary GIS 3 Yogyakarta) elementary school environment:<\/p>

Students Attendance<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

Student attendance of at least 95% and on time is very important for the learning process. We hope that students are present at school 10 minutes before 07.30 WIB. The lateness of students in attending school has quite a negative impact that is detrimental to students. As a result of repeated lateness, students can have their learning rights reduced on that day and hinder the development of discipline values \u200b\u200bin students. Concerning this attendance, parents are asked to pay attention to the following:<\/span><\/p>

  1. It is important for students to attend and go home\/be picked up on time for student safety.<\/span><\/li>
  2. The schedule of activities outside of school, such as family events or holidays is made by paying attention to the schedule of activities at school\/adjusting to school holidays so that the learning process runs according to the predetermined plan.<\/span><\/li>
  3. If there is something very important and urgent that requires students to go home early, parents\/guardians should come or communicate with the homeroom teacher to ask for permission and pick them up. To avoid unwanted things, the school does not allow students to go home early without permission from their parents and without a pick-up person.<\/span><\/li>
  4. If there is something that causes students to be unable to attend school (sick\/permission), parents must contact the school through their respective homeroom teachers to provide information. Regarding the lesson material that students should follow, parents also need to always coordinate with the homeroom teacher so that students can still get the lesson material and feel confident in following the next lesson material.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Students Rules and Regulations<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

    The following are some general rules and regulations that apply in the Global Islamic School 3 Yogyakarta (Primary GIS 3 Yogyakarta) elementary school environment:<\/p>

    1. Students must be present at school no later than 5 (five) minutes before the bell rings.<\/span><\/li>
    2. At 07.30 (bell ringing) all students line up in front of the class to take part in the pledge and prayer led by their respective teachers\/homeroom teachers or one of the students appointed.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Every Monday, students take part in the flag ceremony.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Students are required to wear neat and clean uniforms.<\/span><\/li>
    5. In sports lessons, students are required to wear school sportswear.<\/span><\/li>
    6. Students are required to have their hair cut neatly and politely, their nails cut short and clean.<\/span><\/li>
    7. Female students whose hair is longer than their shoulders are tied up neatly.<\/span><\/li>
    8. Students are required to maintain the cleanliness of the school.<\/span><\/li>
    9. In each class, a class duty is formed, which is responsible for the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the class.<\/span><\/li>
    10. Students in grades 1-3 are required to perform the dzuhur prayer in their respective classes by listening to the prayer readings.<\/span><\/li>
    11. Students in grades 4-6 are required to perform the dzuhur prayer, ashar prayer, and Friday prayer in congregation at the school mosque with the guidance of the teacher.<\/span><\/li>
    12. Prayer equipment such as sarongs, peci, and mukena are prepared and kept clean by students.<\/span><\/li>
    13. Students are required to maintain the sanctity, tranquility, and order in the mosque.<\/span><\/li>
    14. For students in grades 4-6, it is mandatory to follow the female group during Friday prayers.<\/span><\/li>
    15. Every student must follow the mandatory extracurricular, namely Scouts.<\/span><\/li>
    16. Every student is encouraged to follow the extracurricular activities of their choice at school.<\/span><\/li>
    17. Every participant in extracurricular activities must obey the established regulations. Students must follow all school activities.<\/span><\/li>
    18. Students in grades 1-5 are required to follow scouting activities.<\/span><\/li>
    19. Students are prohibited from wearing lipstick, nail polish, tattoos, eyebrow fillers, or other make-up. <\/span>make up<\/span><\/i> lainnya.<\/span><\/li>
